 In the market of Custom Skids? From your standard 40x48 to your 8'x16'. These were for very heavy machinery. As you may see in the picture there are two lag bolts holding each beam to its runner. Lots of glue and this pallet can in most cases handle more than ten tons. Customer Design Shipping Crates

This here is a customer designed crate for one of his products that shipped out recently. We encourage customer input for the design and construction of their custom crates to ensure the highest quality crate structure while maximizing product protection and minimizing crate weight and cost. Made of the latest O.S.B standard sheathing board was the customer preference on this crate.

Custom Demo Crates (Limited Time)

 This is a Custom Demo Crate for a prospective customer. Although not very common we do offer demo crates (With Sheathe Terms) to customers that want to see the quality and integrity of the crates they intend to ship their products in. In the "Comments" section of the "Quote Page" just enter 'DEMO' with requested information regarding your items.

 Our company aim is to the total protection of your items and the complete satisfaction of our customers. This gives the customer the opportunity to make adjustments prior to any mass productions of crates to insure the proper fit of the item(s). Blocking, bracing and hardware is included with crates.(Some Restrictions Apply).

Crating For International Deliveries

 Special care is taken for the crates going onto international shipping containers or international air freight deliveries to another country. Here we have injection molds for a production manufacturing plant in China. We conform to MIL Spec packaging.

 We also offer MIL Spec moisture barrier bags for your items that must be shipped with the most strict packaging and shipping standards. Far surpassing the industry standards that you my have used in the past. The protection of your company's most valuable asset( Your Product) is our first priority.

Export Moisture Barriers

 International Export Crates are our specialty. From the care and protection that we give to each of our customers products prior to shipping it. Here is a plastic injection mold bound overseas. This must be protected against any moisture that may be present in the shipping container while on the water. Depending on the destination your product may be on the water for up to two weeks.

 With that kind of exposure it would be required that moisture barriers be of the most strict and advanced levels possible. For these reasons we offer MIL-PRF-131 series moisture barriers for items that must either meet these requirements or companies looking to protect their most valuable assets (shippable product lines). We offer several different moisture protection options that will work for your products shipping abroad. 

We also offer ISPM-15 Heat Treat lumber and the MIL-D-3464 desiccant packets for your export crates depending on content and spec standard requirements.

Custom Slat Crates

 Slat Crates are wood structured pallets and sides to protect the item(s) like a sealed crate but gives the shipper and freight officials the opportunity to view the item(s) that are held within without taking off the lid. This also reduces the weight of the overall crate/pallet
 configuration.

 There are even steps to packaging this item which may not seem to need any real packaging it requires the security of the smallest and fragile item. As you may have noted there is bubble wrap and foam padding on the more fragile areas of the item.

This will ensure if the item does rub the sides it will not scuff or damage those areas. You may not see that the item has been secured to the base by lengths of strapping and the kick-stand has been secured also keeping the item unable to move.

For security purposes we finish off the slat crate with a wrapping of black stretch wrap to keep prying eyes from inspecting the cargo. With a reduction of weight and cost to ship and materials, I'm sure we can package & ship your item(s) at the lowest possible rates.
